Cowboy's Certified Service Program (CCSP)

Cowboy's Certified Service Program tracks your equipment's routine maintenance schedule so you get more life out of your machines. CSH monitors service intervals and coordinates maintenance to keep your equipment running at peak performance.

How It Works

CCSP members choose how they want their equipment serviced:

Delivery Service — We pick up your equipment at your location, service it at our shop, and return it when complete. Delivery rates may apply.

On-Site Service — A CSH technician comes to your facility to perform diagnostics, inspections, and routine maintenance on location. On-site rates may apply.

Drop-Off — Bring your equipment to our Casper service center on your own schedule.

Enrollment & Pricing

CCSP enrollment is free for all business account holders and Cowboy's Club members. Repairs are billed at standard shop rates. Delivery and on-site service rates may apply depending on location and service type. CCSP enrollment does not constitute a service contract or warranty. All repair work is quoted and approved by the customer prior to service. CSH reserves the right to modify program terms, service intervals, and pricing with reasonable notice to enrolled members.

Auto-Service Option

For facilities that want fully managed maintenance, CSH will automatically schedule your equipment for service at the appropriate intervals. We handle routine maintenance, software updates, and inspections. If complex repairs are identified during service, we'll schedule a follow-up at a later date. Auto-Service requires either the Delivery or On-Site service option — drop-off is not available with Auto-Service enabled. CSH will contact you approximately 2–4 weeks before each scheduled appointment to confirm.
